Drilling Rig - JZ Series

The truck-mounted workover rig integrates components such as the power system, winch, derrick, traveling block system, and transmission system on a self-propelled chassis. The whole machine features a compact structure, high integration, small floor space, fast transportation, and high relocation efficiency.

  • A complete range of product series, with a maximum hook load of 700kN-2500kN.
  • The engine is of well-known brand, meeting the National VI emission standard at the highest level.
  • Adopting hydraulic + mechanical transmission mode, it ensures stable transmission, low impact, and high comprehensive efficiency.
  • Equipped with a self-developed special chassis for oilfields, it has excellent off-road performance, maneuverability, and reliability, suitable for complex road conditions in oilfields.
  • The main brake of the winch can be optional between band brake and hydraulic disc brake; the auxiliary brake can be optional among pneumatic push disc type, pneumatic caliper disc type, and water brake; a sand fishing drum can be optionally equipped. The design and manufacture of winch components comply with API 7K specifications.
  • The derrick is hydraulically raised, lowered, and telescoped, with its design and manufacture complying with API 4F specifications.
  • The floor size and height of the drill floor can be customized according to user requirements.
  • The electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems are centrally controlled, with main components adopting imported well-known brand elements.
  • Products can be customized to meet the requirements of special environments such as alpine regions, deserts, plateaus, and tidal flats
